Sizzling chicken and beef fajitas with warm tortillas, grilled peppers and onions, queso, guacamole, pico de gallo, fresh salsa, and all the fixings.

Made for a Crowd

Mexican rice, charro beans, street corn, chips and queso, and house-made salsas completed a festive spread designed for mixing, matching, and sharing.

Maroon or Red?

Custom Aggie and Cougar cocktails and mocktails brought the friendly school rivalry to the bar, with signature sips inspired by each graduate's future school colors.

A Sweet Next Chapter

Personalized cakes, hand-decorated cookies, and graduation sweets celebrated both graduates individually, with UH red for Hunter and Texas A&M maroon for Juliana.

Our experience architecture curated a vibrant atmosphere featuring custom Aggie and Cougar photo backdrops and elegant balloon installations.
