We recommend reaching out at least six to nine months prior to secure your preferred date and allow adequate time for custom fabrication.
Do we need to hire outside vendors?
No. We manage catering, bar staffing, rentals, entertainment, and day of coordination entirely in house.

Poppin Social brought a royal court to life in Houston with this immersive Knight and Dame themed celebration. Our team coordinated the agreed scope of this experience architecture project, from the custom castle inspired backdrop featuring royal crests and red draping to the stone textures that transformed the outdoor space. Guests enjoyed an interactive experience with an axe throwing challenge and inflatable jousting matches. The event design included a royal feast of savory bites and themed desserts, while costumed jesters and knights roamed the grounds. This milestone event showcased our commitment to seamless execution and creative storytelling for every guest.
